How long does it take to get my order?
Most custom orders ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available—just let us know your deadline in the quote form.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes! We accept PNG, JPG, AI, PDF, and EPS files. Not sure if your logo is high-res enough? Send it—we’ll help clean it up for print.
Do you offer bulk or team pricing?
Absolutely. We offer volume discounts starting at 10+ items. The more you order, the more you save. Perfect for teams, events, and swag drops.
Can each item have a different name or number?
Yes—just let us know in the quote form that you want personalized names or numbers. We’ll provide pricing based on your quantity and design complexity.
Do you ship or deliver at events?
Both! We ship nationwide, or you can pre-order for pickup if we’ll be at your event (like NORRA or King of the Hammers). Check the Events Page for our next stops.
What kind of tumblers or mugs do you use?
We use premium stainless steel, double-wall insulated tumblers (20oz and 30oz), plus classic 11oz sublimation ceramic mugs—all tested for durability and print quality.
Can I see a preview before you print?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof/mockup. Nothing goes to print until you sign off.
Do you do other custom products?

What’s your return policy?
Since each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns—but if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. Customer satisfaction is part of the ride.
